Matar Paneer

Preparation time:- 20 Minutes

Cooking time:- 20 Minutes

 Ingredients:-

  • 2 Cup Paneer(Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 Cup Green pea
  • 2 tomatos
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 bayleaf
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 10-12 cashew
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • Garlic cloves

Instruction:-

  1. Heat Oil and fry paneer.Don’t overcook.
  2. Make thin paste of cashew for gravy.
  3. In a blender make paste from onion,tomato,ginger,garlic,chilli.
  4. Heat oil in deep pan. Add bayleaf,cloves,Onion tomato puree.
  5. Add red chilli powder,kasuri mehi.Simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. Add Green peas.Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add fried paneer.Add salt to taste.
