Taro root Slices/Arbi che Kaap
Ingredient:-
- 1/2 kg Arbi/Taro root
- 10 Kokam petals
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt
- Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
Instruction:-
- Clean and Wash Arbi
- Boil Arbi till it become soft.10 Minutes)
- Let Kokam petals allow to soak in water for 10 minutes.
- Peel the cover.Cut vertically in two parts.
- Add Kokam Water,red chilli powder ,Garam,Chaat Masala Salt in arbi.Mix well.
- Coat it with rawa.
- Heat Oil in tawa.Shallow fry it from both sides for 5 minutes.
