Taro root Slices/Arbi che Kaap

 Ingredient:-

  • 1/2 kg Arbi/Taro root
  • 10 Kokam petals
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

Instruction:-

  1. Clean and Wash Arbi
  2. Boil Arbi till it become soft.10 Minutes)
  3. Let Kokam petals allow to soak in water  for 10 minutes.
  4. Peel the cover.Cut vertically in two parts.
  5. Add Kokam Water,red chilli powder ,Garam,Chaat Masala Salt in arbi.Mix well.
  6. Coat it with rawa.
  7. Heat Oil in tawa.Shallow fry it from both sides for 5 minutes.
